Is this normal or not? I just never noticed having to crack my chest constantly before but now I feel the need to do it everyday. I can get myself to feel the pain in my chest on command when I bring down my elbow to my hip on either sides. I noticed that I sleep on my stomach a lot not sure if it compresses my chest or something or if it’s irrelevant. I smoke those disposable vapes a lot because I use it to help me stop weed which I used to smoke constantly for 2 years, now I only smoke occasionally but I do smoke vapes a lot. I can crack it and it makes a popping sound but the tightness doesn’t fully go away. And since then my chest has been feelings super tight everyday I wake up to the point where I’ll try to crack my chest many times a day because of how uncomfortable it is.
